Willows Daycare Centre

Refurbishment of existing building to include removal and replacement of existing roof structure, windows and external doors, kitchen and bathroom facilities, proprietary moveable wall, in addition to reconfiguration of rooms, external works and finishes.

Due to the location of the site, and proximity to existing accommodation for the elderly, consideration was given to traffic management on site as well as ways to minimise the creation of noise and dust etc.

Our management team worked with the client, contract administrator and designated Health and Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) to deliver this project under full ACoP 11 conditions as medium size test project for Jersey Property Holdings.
